Thesis: "Energy-aware Computation Offloading for Wireless Powered Mobile-Edge Computing System (A+)"

Supervised by Dr. Hamed Shah-Mansouri (Department of Electical Engineering). The thesis introduced two novel solutions based on bipartite graph matching (offline) and deep Q-networks (online and dynamic) to minimize energy consumption by balancing local computation/offloading in wireless-powered three-tier mobile-edge computing networks, crucial for their operation and feasibility. The first approach lead to a publication in IEEE IoT journal and the later is published in IEEE Wireless Communications Letters.

The thesis received a prestigious grant in Iran from MCI, the major mobile operator in Iran.
